1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ok4444, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ok4444. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ok4444 platform.

ok4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of ok4444 following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ok4444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

ok4444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

ok4444 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in line with responsible platform standards. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your name and registered mobile number).
• Source of funds documentation where deposit volumes exceed standard platform thresholds.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ok4444 is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals arising from a player's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ok4444 platform — including but not limited to the ok4444 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ok4444 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the ok4444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ok4444 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
